Great little one in the leafy fål paddock. Perfect as a commuter apartment or a student who wants a small apartment. Close to a small Coop or a shorter walk to Willys. Short walk into town and 5 minute walk to Central Station. Laundry is in the basement, garbage room just outside the gate. The apartment will be partially furnished, bed frame, kitchen table, wardrobe and chairs will be available. Everything except the bed frame can be removed by agreement.
