Upon entering the apartment, you're greeted by a spacious hallway. To the right, the first bedroom, kitchen, and first bathroom overlook the inner courtyard, while to the left, the second bedroom and living room offer views of Via Ettore Rolli. At the end of the corridor, you'll find the third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Please note that final work is in progress for the installation of the elevator, enhancing accessibility for residents.
The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
