The house:
On the ground floor, there are a bright living and dining room, a separate kitchen with kitchen table, a bedroom, a bathroom (WC, bath, shower) and a separate guest WC. On the upper floor there are two bright rooms, usable as two separate children's rooms and/or study rooms.

The house has a large sun terrace and a view into a beautiful large and quiet garden in south-west position. The terrace has an electrically movable awning.

Garage:
The garage can be opened by remote control and offers space for one car. There are many other parking possibilities in the street.

Cellar:
The house has a full basement. The cellar is accessible via an internal staircase from the bedroom as well as via an external staircase from the garden.
