We offer exclusively for short-term rent (up to 6 months) an exceptional new apartment of 80 m2 on the second floor in a unique residence in Malá Strana in the center of Prague. The apartment building was completely renovated in 2012.
The reconstruction preserved all original architectural and decorative elements.
The residence is located 100 meters from Charles Bridge and 50 meters from Malostranské náměstí. Inside this gated residence is a neat courtyard. The windows of the apartment are directed to this courtyard and thus provide absolute peace from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The apartment has one bedroom, a spacious separate living room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher) connected with a dining area, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. There is also a large pantry with a washing machine.
In the apartment elements of the modern interior are subtly complemented by elements of the classicist style, the project of the apartment was “made-to-measure” by the architect. Emphasis was placed on the selection of modern, quality, and ecological materials. The whole apartment complements each other harmoniously and is pleasant and fresh to look at. The interior is exclusive: hand-painted ceiling decorations, unique curtains, chandeliers, lamps, and decorations. All premium-class furniture and accessories came from Italy, France, Germany, and Austria.
The windows are to a very quiet yard, so you can experience an undisturbed and quiet stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathrooms were also custom-made. The floors in the living room and dining room are made of solid oak planks, and the bathrooms have ceramic tiles.
We can provide a garage or a parking place in the area where we live ourselves. It is 20 minutes by tram to your apartment. It is safe and free for you. Or we will show you a place on the street where local people park, completely free for everyone. It will be 30 minutes walk from your apartment
