This semi-basement apartment for rent in Costa del Sol (Málaga), with a maximum capacity of 4 people, is located in a traditional and quiet neighborhood of Malaga called Barrio de la Trinidad. It is an ideal place for those who want to have everything at hand, but have a tighter budget.

Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitución are only 800 meters away. The Cathedral, the Alcazaba and the Roman Theater are less than 1 kilometer away. Teatro Cervantes, Carmen Thyssen theater, Picasso's birthplace and the Picasso Museum are just 500 meters away.

It is located next to the Guadalmedina riverbed and only 12 minutes on foot from the heart of the Historic Center and La Plaza de la Constitución.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In the main accommodation there is a double bed 150cm x 200XM and two sofa beds.

The fully equipped bathroom with bathtub/shower. This studio is ideal for groups of friends or families who want to spend some time in the city, just a few minutes from the center and at a very reasonable price. It has inverter air conditioning and is very peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a long day of walking around the city visiting its beautiful places. It has a small roof terrace shared with other apartments.

Our professional team can advise you to choose the best places to visit in the city, the most famous restaurants, museums... To consider:
Free weekly cleaning (includes change of sheets and towels). Does not include kitchenware cleaning.
The entry time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you want to register after 9:00 p.m.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., we offer two options: .1- Pick up the keys at the office at no cost,
2- meet at the reserved apartment. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable upon arrival.
Please let us know in advance so we can organize ourselves.
You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over the age of 16 will have to sign the police register.
Please, do not forget that we will ask you for a refundable deposit upon your arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
