The apartment building is located in Pohjois-Tapiola which is a highly respected, peaceful and safe neighbourhood surrounded by nature. Great forest paths for walking/jogging/biking start just behind the building.

Excellent public transport connections within Espoo and also to Helsinki, capital of Finland. Near all necessary services:

🔸~15 minutes by bus + metro to Aalto University

🔸~30 minutes to Kamppi, Helsinki by bus + metro
🔸~15 minutes by bike and ~20 minutes by bus+metro to Keilaniemi/Keilaranta business center/park

Rented only to a NON-SMOKING, trustworthy, reliable and honest person (or a couple with a different rent), who respects the property and the neighbours. You want to keep the apartment clean&tidy, don't cause any disturbance to the neighbours and remember to pay the rent on time.

The tenant needs to have a clean credit report (landlady checks this thing).
✨GOOD TO KNOW!
No smoking/vaping/drugs or anything similar allowed!
No parties/pets/subtenants/subletting/air b&b/couch-surfing or anything similar!
No incense stick smoking!
No deep-frying, use of excessive oil or flaming when making/frying food on the stove or in the oven (to avoid grease residues all over the apartment)! Kitchen area must be kept clean like the rest of the apartment.
A written rental agreement is signed between me (landlady/owner of this studio) and you (the tenant).
✨READY TO MOVE IN HOME
Move-in ready home including everything seen in the photos + much more (for example kitchen and cleaning stuff inside the cabinets). Possibility to have also bed linen, towels and/or bicycle(s). Basically you can just bring your suitcase and start living. Ask for a more detailed list of the items included. The list of items that are included can be modified based on what you want/need.
✨COSTS
NOTE! The rent depends on the rental period and how many persons are moving in. The payment overview that Housing Anywhere platform shows to your requested period may differ from the actual payment plan because the listing price shown is based on a one year period for one person. See below for examples:
🔹970 e/month for ≥ one year
🔹1135 e/month for less than one year (minimum six months)
🔹1215 e/month for less than six months between January and August (minimum three months)
🔹1285 e/month for less than six months between August and January. Minimum rental period is Aalto University's autumn period (August - December).
🔹Ask for the rent for some other period and/or for two persons.
Water + electricity (+ Wi-Fi if you want) are all ready to use when you move in...so you don't need to start making any utility contracts with different companies. Utility fee for water and electricity is 60 e/mont OR 110 e/month with Wi-Fi. Central heating + waste management + warm bike storage spaces + separate drying rooms with heaters for washed laundry are all included. Nothing works with gas. Refundable security deposit is EITHER 1 x the monthly payment (rental period ≤ six months) OR 2 x the monthly payment (rental period ≥ six months). Security deposit is paid via Housing Anywhere before the move-in day.
Ask for a possibility to use the sauna in the building and/or rent a car parking space (costs extra). Home insurance is required and the costs are ~10 e/month.
