"Alma" is not only my name, but the word that embodies the essence and character of this delightfully renovated two-room apartment. Strategically located, opposite the stop of the new tram line, a few minutes walk from the main train station of Florence "Santa Maria Novella" and the m(hidden)us stop of Florence "Montelungo" or the infamous "Fortezza da Basso" that has always been hosts exhibitions and events throughout the year.

This apartment is ideal for those looking for a newly renovated apartment while retaining all the colors and flavors of a typical Italian home. A/C in all rooms!
A 15 minute walk from the historic center of Florence and with easy access to parking and tramway, make this apartment ideal for those arriving in Florence by car.

The apartment is totally at your disposal, WiFi available in every room and consists of:
- Entry into the living room with a double sofa bed, with kitchenette, the kitchen is fully equipped, laundry and oven.
- Double bedroom with queen size bed;
- Bathroom equipped with a large shower and toilet.

For the check-in it is expected to collect keys, map of the city and how to get to the apartment at the office of my Co-Host located a few steps from the train station of Santa Maria Novella. The luggage storage service for those arriving before the check-in time or for those who want to leave them after check-out is free in the office opening hours.
For arrivals after check-in time there is no problem, I support the Keesy service, key deposit and automatic check-in service located a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella station at a minimum additional cost.

During your stay I will not be indiscreet but me or my co-hosts will be present and available for any information, advice or assistance.
