The cozy flat has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Located on the fourth floor of one of the most emblematic buildings of Rambla Catalunya, the floors of the apartment are made of ceramics from the beginning of the century, with a modernist style. Its bright and natural style combines noble materials with modern elements.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating system. It is equipped with all the utensils you may need. Sheets, towels and hair dryer are included. The kitchen has all the utensils for your daily use. It also has a washer / dryer and dishwasher.
