Cozy and comfortable accommodation in a renovated house from the beginning of the 20th century, located in a historical district of Vila Nova de Gaia and opposite Boeira. With a privileged location, 500 meters from two metro stations (Câmara de Gaia and João de Deus) and is close to cafes, pastry shops, restaurants, and local markets.
The Patio Studio is adequately equipped for guests with a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. It offers free Wi-Fi and cable channels. Guests will have access to all the space as well as the outdoor patio and garden.
Electricity and water costs are included up to 50 euros.
