The 3-room apartment is very clearly and stylishly furnished. The design-oriented upholstered bed (180/200 cm) with spring mattress, extravagant headboard and practical bed box offers a comfortable sleep; also for two persons.

There is also a spacious wardrobe in the sunny room.

The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts to prepare a delicious meal.

The dishwasher saves you from washing up, so you have more time for your leisure activities.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. The bathroom is also sunlit and has a bathtub.

In the living room, the spacious couch can also be extended to provide overnight accommodation for up to 2 more guests. Permanent sleeping option after consultation.

WLAN access- Apple TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc.) included.

The rent includes additional costs for electricity, hot water and heating of 120 €. Additional consumption will be billed separately.

The location is very close to the city centre: by train it takes you only about 5 minutes to Hamburg's main station. The underground station Burgstraße is in the immediate vicinity, approx. 50m away. Within walking distance are various shopping facilities and banks, as well as a post office opposite, pharmacy, Haspa, hairdresser and kiosk are each 50m away. McDonalds & Bürger King 500m away.
