INCLUDES:

1. All supplies (water, electricity and gas), wifi and weekly cleaning, also includes all cleaning products.

2. Complete double room: bed 150x190 with underneath storage, Smart TV, double closet, desk. Includes pillows, cushions, comforter, sheets, hangers, clothes basket, wastebasket, and towels (all brand new). The room has a ceiling fan with different powers and a separate lock with external key and latch on the inside.

3. Full bathroom with shower and screen, and a drawer organizer / room. Includes new towels.

4. Kitchen 100% equipped with all new appliances. All the necessary kitchenware brand new: complete crockery, cutlery, utensils, cookware, etc.. Separate laundry area with washer-dryer.

Requirements:

* 450€ entrance fee. * 1 month deposit. * To be clean and tidy. * Pets are not allowed. * Couples are not allowed.

These are temporary contracts (1-11 months); with flexibility to stay as long as wanted between this period. Located in El Carmel, a calm and young neighbourhood in the upper area of Barcelona, with the best views of the city. This urban neighbourghood is also home to some of the best green zones of Barcelona. Very well cominucated, the nearest metro station, that connects with all the city, is only 5 min away walking.
