The rate is only applicable for a minimum length of stay of 28 nights.
One month is calculated with 28 nights. Extensions are possible on written request and after the confirmation of the hotel.
Confirmed partial extensions (after the first stay was more than 28 nights) are possible with the partial monthly rate (1680€ per month divided by 28 nights = 60€/night)
Daily Breakfast can be included at a supplement charge of 392,00 EUR per Person per month (equals 14€/day per person).
