A brand new kitchen equipped to offer you greater comfort (large fridge, oven, two-burner hob, extractor fan, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, wine cellar, etc.).

BEDROOMS :
Three large bedrooms with new mattresses (160 cm x 200 cm bed). One of the bedrooms has a storage cupboard for longer stays.

SHOWER ROOM :
A brand new shower room with washing machine and toilet.

Broadband WIFI throughout the flat.

There is FREE parking nearby.

To ensure your comfort during your stay, we provide you with :

- bed linen (not renewed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not renewed during your stay)
- kitchen towels (not renewed during your stay)
- hand soap
- tea and coffee
- cooking utensils: sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc.

We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your deposit if we notice any damage to the accommodation. Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Please go downstairs. No pets are allowed and no damage to the flat. In addition, surveillance cameras are installed in the common areas for continuous monitoring.
