This flat is situated in an area of Jinonice, in residences U Kříže, which won the Building of the Year prize in 1999.
In proximity to the residence there is Prokopské udolí nature reserve, Cibulka woodland park and Vidoule Natural Monument. These offer walks or cycle rides in beautiful natural surroundings.
In close proximity to the flat there are Tyršova pre-school and primary school, tennis courts, football field, playgrounds for both small and older children. Supermarket Billa, a post office and restaurant can also be found nearby. Two smaller shops with general goods are right in the area of the residences.
The area is very easily accessible by public transport. Metro stop Jinonice on line B (three stops away from Anděl), which can take you right into the city centre in 10 minutes, is only a 3 minute walk away. There are also stops for 137 and 149 buses.
