The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, which was built in 2014. It is therefore accessible at ground level and it also has a terrace. The apartment is modernly furnished and fully equipped, so it is ready to use.

Supermarkets are within walking distance in St. Ilgen (Penny) or within 3 minutes by car (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, dm in Sandhausen). The location has excellent motorway access via the main road to the A6 or A5. The St. Ilgen/Sandhausen S-Bahn stop is about 10 minutes away on foot, from where you can get to Bruchsal/Karlsruhe or Heidelberg/Mannheim. Walldorf can be reached by car within 5 minutes or by public transport via the S-Bahn or bus connection.
