Studio with balcony has its own fully equiped kitchen. Is located in a quiet area near Prague Castle and is part of an apartment where there is another room, meaning the bathroom and WC are shared. All doors in the apartment have special anti-noise acoustic insulation, as well as walls and ceilings, see photo. This will guarantee your privacy.

EQUIPMENT:
A double bed with a luxurious mattress, kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave with grill, toaster, coffee maker.
Wardrobe, chest of drawers, large dining table, TV.
The room has acoustic insulation of the walls and ceilings, which is complemented by acoustic resistant door.

50m from the house there is a convenience store, including a drugstore. A butcher shop and a fresh fish and seafood shop are 10 minutes' walk from the house.

Billa, Kaufland, Hornbach 10 - 15 minutes by tram.
