L'appartamento si trova in Via Gustavo Fara 1, nelle immediate vicinanze di Piazza Repubblica, Porta Garibaldi, Porta Nuova, e Stazione Centrale. È pertanto in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo a tram, metro, treni, e servizi di ogni genere come supermercati grandi e piccoli, palestre, farmacie, bar e ristoranti.

The apartment is located in Via Gustavo Fara 1, near Piazza Repubblica, Porta Garibaldi, Porta Nuova, and Central Station. It is therefore in a strategic location, very close to trams, metro, trains, and services of all kinds such as large and small supermarkets, gyms, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants.

The apartment is well-divided and furnished to make the best use of space. The entrance is into a large living area with an eat-in kitchen, a sofa (with a pull-out double bed), and a television.
