IMPORTANT : The Host is a co-living specialist, they are welcoming students and young workers between 18 and 35 years old in order to guarantee full harmony between the co-livers.

Room of 12m², fully furnished. It has a double bed (140x190) accompanied by a bedside table with lamp and a large mirror at the head of the bed. A work area is included, composed of a desk with chair and lamp. The room also has storage space, including a wardrobe with hanging space, a shelf and wall niches.

Located at the gates of Paris in Ivry sur Seine, this large 280m² house is ideally located a few steps from the 13th arrondissement of Paris and close to all amenities. The house is composed of 11 rooms, a kitchen, a living room, a gym, a laundry room, three shower rooms with toilets and two separate toilets spread over three floors and a basement. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished.
The living room has two sofas, a large dining table with chairs, storage space and a large television. The basement is divided into two areas: a laundry room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers and a gym with a weight bench, two bikes and a rowing machine.
Each room is eligible for APL under CAF conditions.
