This new renovated flat is available from the 1st of June 2024. There is a seperate restroom for guests. Living room and dining room are facing south side. Therefore the apartment gets a lot of sunlight. There is also a oven for heating (heatable with wood) what prevents a cozy atmosphere.
Both bathrooms contains modern bathroom furniture.
In the sleeping room there is a big wadrobe with lots of space.
The kitchen is fully equiped with electrical appliances. There is also a basement for extra storage plus a garage. (in rent included)
