Relax in the comfort of this 2-bedroom apartment and sunbathe with a glass of Port wine on the property's private balcony. This house is located in the center of Porto and combines premium style with contemporary amenities such as concierge services, wi-fi and an office so you can work from home. You will be just 15 minutes away from the city's most emblematic places, such as Ribeira, Ponte D. Luís I, Torre dos Clérigos and Avenida dos Aliados. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds). It has 1 full bathroom in one of the bedrooms (suite). A bathroom with sink and shower and another bathroom with sink and toilet.
Extra cleaning and repositioning of amenities are always available for an extra fee.
Long Stays (+1 month): The host is responsible for paying utilities up to a maximum of €100. If this amount is exceeded, the guest may need to pay the difference in costs.
