The apartment is located in the mezzanine floor in a nice renovated building at Leibnizstraße, in Charlottenburg, one of the best areas to live in Berlin!

- DEPOSIT: Tenants have to pay the complete deposit which is double of the rent before signing the contract and checking-in/moving into the property.
