My house is located in the heart of Athens. The famous Monastiraki and Psyri areas are most known for their bars, restaurants, flea market, and of course shopping. Enjoy your time in Athens living in a historical traditional house!

Ideally located, unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood in the center of Athens. It is fully furnished and equipped. This elegant apartment is a 5-minute walk from Syntagma Square and Monastiraki, which is the very popular flea market. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, toaster, and Nespresso. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.

There is also a laundry machine and dryer in a separate room on the top of the building. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Finally, for those who want to stay fit even on their vacations, there is a treadmill. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7.

Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi!

Monastiraki is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 80 meters away.

The apartment is very close to Greek traditional tavernas, pharmacies, banks, and any kind of shops. The nearest beach is 8 km away.

Stay in one of the best & safest areas of Athens, and walk everywhere. - Syntagma - Plaka - Acropolis - Monastiraki - Kolonaki - Acropolis Museum - Platia Karitsi Bar neighborhood - Ermou Shopping Street They are ALL within walking distance, from 1 MINUTE away to a maximum of 15 minutes. The safest area of Athens, in a lively neighborhood with everything open 24/7. Walk less than a minute and get the metro, ta(hidden) bus!

Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation).

For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
