A new, small UNSERVICED flat with all amenities. Well located with all transport options. Public transport within 5 walking min. (Bus, Subway), Electric Car charging device within 2 walking min. Garage (no SUVs - check dimension in our pics) in the building (not included in rent). There is a large mall in 5 walking min. with everything from Pharmacy to Supermarket. The flat is less than 10 driving minutes from the city center, so it is a 3rd floor apartment in the city. So there will be city noise, but it is a quiet street and to date we had no noise complaints, as everybody managed their expectations.
