The neighborhood is home to Los Encinos State Historic Park, the perfect place for a picnic, soccer game, or a look back at California's history at the onsite museum. There's also the Encino Velodrome, an outdoor bicycle racetrack that dates back to the 1960s. Most Encino residents rely on cars to get around, but there is bus service available.
