Spacest.com is an online platform for medium-long term rentals that was created as a guarantee for the tenant: we check all the apartments and the photos are recent and reliable so you can book online with peace of mind to avoid someone else doing it before you.

Apartment with three bright bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet room. Two of the bedrooms have street-facing balconies
A very cool living-dining area, with air conditioning.
High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately 60€ per month and room.
There is a cleaning service for common areas such as the kitchen, living room and bathrooms, once a week, included in the price.
All bedsheets will be there when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is around 60.-€.
It is located next to the Plaza Mayor, with a supermarket in the same building. Subway stations are: Latina, Tirso de Molina and Sol.
For the room reservation you have to pay the first month with roomlessrent and also directly to the owner a two months deposit + sign the contract, if you don´t pay to the owner the two months secu deposit and sign the contract, the apartment cannot be rented even if you have paid the first month through roomlessrent. The two months deposit will be returned when you leave if you haven´t caused any damage.
