It is a beautiful apartment fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in. The day area consists of a spacious living room decorated with modern touches and practical spaces. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. From the living room, you have access to a nice interior balcony.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of them with twin beds and the third one with a single bed. The bedrooms share a complete bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and wifi.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
