At top the mountain hill, with never ending view to the mountains. With valley beneath with riverstream, a special natural dam with cascade, barbecue, table and sunshade to enjoy. Large exteriors, isolated house, private surface pool, flat terrain surrounding the house.
Has an open space with kitchen, table, sofabed, a private corridor to shower bathroom, one room with two single beds, and one large room with king size bed. Satellite TV, Wifi Internet (mobile version, moderated use). Microwave, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine. Note: Swimming Pool is seasonal, from June to September (other months ask first). Steel pool above ground. Air conditioning.
You can enjoy our valley private terrain, with little cascade, barbecue area, low depth water platforms, kiwi shadow and solar warm shower.

Plus Deposit fee, equal to a month value, returned after 15 days, after cleaning/ full checkup and photos are done.
Cleaning Fees by budget, to be paid by guest.
For monthly renting not available on high season (June, July, August, September), or rent value has to be agreed. This Period is for Holidays only! House to be freed before this period!!!

For longer stays, house content is minimum, or starter, or to be agreed. Typically only large equipments are available. If small equipments get damaged, and already out of warranty, guest must replace it. Typically longer stays, guest must buy small house content and appliances.
