This beautiful apartment consists of 6 Private bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. More features provided: washing machine, heating system, oven, and electric fan. The apartment is ready to welcome you :)
RENTAL CONDITION:
- Monthly rent is all-inclusive (water, electricity, gas*,wi-fi, condominium fee, garbage tax, )
- Deposit is one monthly rent to be paid at the check-in in Milan.
- One time contract registration fee: it will be 2% on the total contract value that you will sign plus 16 euro for the stamp.
- Last two monthly rents must be paid in one shot time.
- One time agency fee: 185,00 euro that included cleaning of the room before the check-in, assistance during your stay, property maintenance.
