The apartment is conveniently situated within walking distance of various public transportation options, including the metro and buses. Its strategic location makes it ideal for travel to and from Athens International Airport or Piraeus Port (for island trips). Attiki metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, approximately 100 metres from the flat.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct.
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
