There are large windows around the apartment which, apart from the view of the Acropolis from any part of the apartment, let in plenty of natural light.
The accommodation shall have a heat pump providing heat and/or air conditioning, there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Aghios Ioannis is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
