This newly renovated, 2 room roof top apartment in the 2nd floor, with a south-west facing balcony, is only a 10 minute walk from the airport. However, you will hardly hear any aircraft noises during the day, as the runway runs parallel to the location of the house. At night there are no flights at all.
There is a gorgeous park, right at your door step and a very relaxed and safe neighborhood.
The center of Unterrath with 2 supermarkets and many other shops, as well as tram and bus connections to Downtown is only a 4-5 minute walk away.
The apartment is fully equiped, no need to bring anything but your personal belongings.
The monthly rate includes everything (high speed Internet, gas, electricity, 42" Satellite TV and all extra charges.
You can also rent a parking lot in front of the house, for 50€ per month.
You can get an appointment for viewing the apartment on short notice, as I live in the same house.
