The apartment is 25 square meters and is located on the 1st floor in house 96. It has a small entrance area with a cloakroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a living/bedroom for 1 person. The apartment was renovated in December 2023 and equipped with new furniture.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and a hairdryer.

The kitchen was made especially for this apartment and consists of a sink cabinet, a 4-zone ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and oven. Tea towels are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Valuable items can be stored safely in the safe.
