Small but nice near Cologne

The apartment is 30 square meters and is located on the mezzanine floor in house 98. Only 150 m from the house is the Rösrath-Stümpen stop for the RB25 regional train to Cologne. Within 17 minutes you are on the Domplatte in front of Cologne Cathedral. Other bus stops are right in front of the house. The apartment has a small entrance area with a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a living/bedroom for one person.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, towels and a hairdryer.

The kitchen consists of a sink cabinet with a 2-zone ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave oven. Tea towels are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots and pans.

In the living room/bedroom there is a bed and an armchair with a footstool and a table to put drinks on.

For entertainment and communication, the apartment offers internet connection, a flat screen TV and cable TV and smart TV (Netflix/Amazon).

Out of consideration for other guests, smoking is not permitted! Unfortunately, bringing pets is not possible.
