Small and fancy apartment near Cologne

The apartment has an area of 23 square meters and is located Im Pannenhack, Rösrath on the 1st floor in house 96.
It has a small entrance area including a compact wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, as well as a comfortable living room/bedroom for 1 person.
The apartment was recently properly renovated and equipped with new furniture in 2023.
The cloakroom has a compartment that provides space for several pairs of shoes. Additonally, there´s hangers for jackets and coats, as well as a hat rack that can also accommodate a bag.
The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower and hair dryer.

The kitchen area consists of a sink cabinet with 4-zone ceramic stove, an oven and a fridge with freezer. A Senseo coffee machine, kettle and a toaster, are included, too. Dish towels are also provided for. Coffee pads, tea bags, as well as sugar and sweeteners are available to all my guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and pans. Valuable items can be safely stored in the safe.
While the living room/bedroom provides a comfortable bed, a cosy chair and a dining table. The apartment also has a spacious closet with hangers.
For entertainment and communication purposes, the apartment offers free wifi and a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube etc.

Smoking is prohibited, due to consideration towards other guests! Unfortunately, pets are not permitted either.
