Auf dem geräumigen Südbalkon lässt es sich herrlich den Tag ausklingen. Ebenso bietet die Unterhaltungseinheit bestehend aus einem XX-Zoll flatscreen TV, mit DVD/Blue-ray Entspannung nach einem langen Arbeitstag.
Für Musikinteressierten gibt es ein Klavier.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd (3 Platten), Ofen, Spulmaschine, Mikrowelle. Kaffee Maschine, Wasser Kocher, Geschirr, Besteck sowie großzügiger Schrankplatz.

Anbindungen:
Duvenstedt ist angeschlossen an das Hamburger Verkehrsnetz. Die Busse fahren im 10-min-Takt in Richtung S-Bahn Poppenbüttel, U-Bahn Ohlstedt und nach Norderstedt. Hamburger Flughafen ist 30 minuten entfernt.

Das viele Hektar große Naherholungs- und einzigartige Naturschutzgebiet Duvenstedter Brook sowie der Wohldorfer Wald, welches Naturliebhaber aus ganz Hamburg anlockt, is um die Ecke. LIGHT AND AIRY APARTMENT IN A DELIGHTFUL SETTING
This tastefully decorated and welcoming apartment is located on the first floor of a two-storey family home in a quiet cul-de-sac.
The four-room apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed comprising two single beds 90 x 200, the other bedroom with a double sofa bed. The recently renovated bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery and ample cupboard space.
The spacious south-facing balcony, overlooking the attractive garden, lends itself perfectly to relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day, or enjoying a leisurely breakfast at the weekend.
If you want to kick back and unwind at the end of a long day, there is an XL flat-screen TV and a Blue-ray DVD player for your entertainment needs. Or, if you are musically inclined, there is also a piano.
The local town centre is within walking distance and caters for all your daily needs, with four supermarkets plus bakeries, bank and chemists. There are also cosy cafés and excellent restaurants, and even an open-air swimming pool - all within a 2 km radius. One of the most exclusive shopping centres in Hamburg, the Alstertal Einkaufzentrum, is only a few stops away by bus.
Transportation:
Duvenstedt is part of the Hamburg Transport System (HVV), with a bus service (every 10 minutes) connecting you to Poppenbüttel station where you connect withS-Bahn trains running every 10 minutes taking you into the centre of Hamburg in half-an-hour, or to Hamburg airport.
Leisure Time:
The Wohldorf Woods and Duvenstedter Brook nature reserve and recreational area, popular with nature lovers throughout Hamburg, are literally only a few minutes' walk away from the house. The area is perfect for cycling, walking, riding and jogging. For nature lovers, a visit in September has the possibility of observing the mating season of the deer in the Duvenstedter Brook. The loan of bicycles and binoculars can be arranged if wished.
