Within walking distance you can reach Audi, Continental, Schäffler and other big companies. You can reach the old town in about 10 minutes walking or comfortably by bus, which stops directly in front of the door. The highway can be reached in 7 minutes and the Ingolstadt-Village is only a stone's throw away.

You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment.
You can check emails at the height-adjustable desk. Just connect your laptop directly to the external screen we provide.

Upon arrival, the apartment welcomes you into a spacious hallway.
In the kitchen you can give free rein to your creativity: Here we offer a complete equipment with induction stove, microwave, oven, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. With our basic equipment of spices, vinegar and oil you can start right away.
A large dining area comfortably seats up to 8 people.
When the weather is nice, you can eat on the quiet balcony at the large outdoor dining table or relax in the lounge. Here we also provide you with a parasol.

The bathroom is equipped with a large washstand, a glassed-in shower, magnifying mirror and hairdryer. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo.
A highlight is the bathtub, where you can additionally relax.
The apartment is equipped with a second, lockable toilet.

In the evening, two comfortable box spring double beds in two separate bedrooms await you. Look forward to a choice between two different pillows and fluffy bedding. We have lovingly decorated the bedrooms and the living room with large photo wallpapers for you.
The apartment offers space for a fifth and a sixth guest in the bedroom with the comfortable pull-out bed and also space for a seventh and an eighth guest on a sofa bed.

A washing machine and an ironing station are located in the basement of the house.
We offer you a private parking place in a closed garage on the property.

You live in the northwest of the old town of Ingolstadt. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, which guarantees you a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. Nearby you will find restaurants & supermarkets, so you have everything you need for a nice stay in Ingolstadt.

Location & connections:
Parking is available directly at the building. In addition, public transportation is nearby: The bus stop is right outside the front door with two lines that take you toward the city center/ main train station and to Audi facilities. You will also find public sharing providers for electric scooters and bicycles.

From the main train station, you have a direct connection to Munich/Nuremberg.

Audi and other large companies are just a few minutes away by foot. You can reach the highway in 7 minutes. Ingolstadt Village is about 10 minutes away.

Munich Airport is 45 minutes away.
