To assure the wellbeing of all the tenants, we provide all the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner), in the entrance of your flat. Bedrooms are all decorated in the simplest and refined style to enable you to arrange them your way to feel at home. The apartment, secured with connected locks, is located in the heart of a quiet residence near shops and restaurants. You have a car? Car park spaces are available for rent. At Colivys, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. *Check-in/out is possible on weekends with an additional payment of 70€ - Once the booking has been confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the documents requested by the owner (to the owner).
