The accommodation
The 45 m² apartment is located in the basement and can only be reached via stairs. It has 2 bedrooms. There is no private living room, but there is a seating area in one of the rooms.
The kitchen offers all the necessities for cooking, including stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and others.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet.
The windows face the quiet courtyard. There is a terrace for smoking which is accessible from the bedroom.
The building offers bicycle parking in the courtyard.
Access for guests
The building is in acceptable condition but perfectly located. The apartment is just a few steps below the ground floor, but the windows are large and lots of light comes in.
Because of the terrace, insects can get into the apartment. In the summer, even with our care, you might see ants.
The washing machine can be used every day from 6:00 AM TO 10:00 PM, but not on public holidays and Sundays.
