In 2 ter row of houses directly on the Rhine in Cologne Niehl, an upscale neighborhood, is the private bungalow with garden.

The house is within walking distance ( 2 min) to the nature reserve, the Rheinaue with beach promenade.
A popular spot with Cologne insiders.

It is 3 minutes walk from the final stop of line 16, which takes you to the cathedral in exactly 8 minutes and to the university in 23 minutes.

The highway can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

Supermarkets, kiosk, bakery, kebab shop, post office, hospital and the bus stop & train station are within 4 minutes walking distance.
DOMICILE REGISTRATION POSSIBLE!

The maximum rental period is currently 12 months, but it is voraussichtlch extendable.

Internet, electricity, heating, etc, so ALL costs are already included in the respective flat rent depending on the room choice.

The room occupancy is based on single persons. Multiple occupancy by additional persons is not desired.

Non-smokers and non-drinkers are welcome.
