The entrance to the house is shared with the other half of the house. The hallway of the residential unit is connected to the hallway. From there you can access the smaller bathroom, the stairwell and the living-dining area with open kitchen. Behind the kitchen there is a storage room where the washing machine and drying rack are also easily accessible.
The kitchen has a patio door to the side garden side with a table group, while from the living area a double door leads over a small balcony into the garden with terrace.
On the upper floor, the house has another daylight bathroom with a large bathtub that invites you to relax, a large rain shower and a double vanity. The bedroom with a double bed, work space and a spacious dressing area is in the attic, so you can sleep directly under the starry sky. Children of all ages are also welcome; there is still space for a cot next to the parents' bed. Two rooms on the upper floor are excluded from the rental, one of which can be made available as a children's room for an additional charge if required with a little advance notice. There is a balcony attached to this room, which can then also be used. The basement rooms are excluded from rental. If necessary, furniture or similar items can be stored there by arrangement.
A smart TV in the living room, high-speed Internet via Wi-Fi and LAN connections in the living area and bedroom are available.
