Auf der Südseite befindet sich die Hauptterrasse. Zusätzliche Terrassen sind an der Ost- und an der Westseite.

Ein Balkon zieht sich über die gesamte Hausbreite an der Ostseite, erreichbar vom Schlafzimmer und einem Kinderzimmer.
