Cozy room in 4 room apartment perfectly fits for student ;) All bills included into the PRICE!
Cozy lockable room in 4-room apartment in Vilnius, with great communication to the city center (about 15/20 min by walk) and universities near by, you can check up on the map how close are all facilities you need, shops, sport clubs etc.. Whole apartment has 56 m2 and 4 rooms. All rooms are rented to students (owner doesn’t live in the apartment). Shared bathroom and kitchen (in total you have 17m2 of shared space). Apartment and the room is fully furnished.
All bills are included into the price. We pay for heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, so you just need to pay a rent and enjoy your stay in Vilnius.
When you conclude the rent contract, you will have to pay for one month in advance and make a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. We conclude contracts for 5 months but everything is negotiable.
