This flat has 5 bedrooms (or 4 bdrs and an office) and 2 full bathrooms (both with a shower, one also with a tub). The modern kitchen has a free-standing island, 2 refrigerators, a freezer, microwave, automatic coffee machine, automatic (boiling) hot water dispenser in the sink, 2 garbage drawers and soft cork flooring. It is stocked with silverware, pots/pans and other cooking utensils. The living room and dining area is a huge space for your family to spend time together, and is connected with the open kitchen. A large balcony runs across the back of the flat, connecting to 3 different rooms. One bedroom is set up as a nursery. The building has a shared play area in the enclosed garden in the back.
The flat is located conveniently across Berlin's famous Mauerpark, which holds the largest flea market in the city every Sunday, and also Berlin's iconic outdoor Karaoke in the stone amphitheather. Mauerpark multiple children's playgrounds, boasting swings, ziplines, trampolines and slides. Around the corner is also Arkonaplatz, with a huge castle-like playground structure with slides and other structures.
A short 8 minute walk takes you to Oderberger str, famous for its restaurants and cafes, or 10 minutes to Kastanianallee. Walk a little further and you reach Weinbergspark with more playgrounds, public sports and a small pond.
The flat was built along the old lines of the Mauer, with the balcony overlooking the memorial walkway in the back of the building. Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer is also a short walk away.
The M10 stop is directly in front of the building, taking you to Hauptbahnhof in 12 minutes. The U8 is a 7 min walk to connect to you to Kreuzberg and beyond.
