Dailly house is our art-déco house, former record studio of 10 rooms. The house is located Avenue Rogier (hidden) Schaerbeek. Between Patrie and Bienfaiteurs tram and bus stops. (hidden) trams). It’s located near the dailly place and its beautiful former barracks.
In the house, you will find a billiard room, a coworking space, a gym (as usual) and a small courtyard. This one time, we’ve tried to bring another dimension to the outside space by putting a few planters, we hope that you could make this courtyard green and friendly and why not, maybe grow a few veggies? The kitchen is as usually equipped with our signature cupboard. Inside you will find your own fridge, cutlery, and crockery. All 10 rooms have a private bathroom and toilet, some are en suite, others on the same floor. There is a stay tax 2.64€/day.

Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 35€.
Contracts start on the 1st and 16th of each month and are bimonthly, meaning that each fortnight started is due. Domiciliation is allowed. Please mind that there is a stay tax in all buildings.
⚠️There is also an initial installation fee, which varies according to the period for which the tenant wishes to rent the room. The fee is 300 euros for contracts of less than 3 months, 150 euros for contracts of 3 to 6 months and no fee for contracts of more than 6 months. We have proportionately more charges depending on the length of the contract, such as for refurbishment, normal wear and tear and administrative time required
Dailly est une maison art-déco, ancien studio d’enregistrement, de 10 chambres. La maison est située Avenue Rogier (hidden) Schaerbeek entre les arrêts de tram/bus Patrie et Bienfaiteurs (desservis par les bus (hidden) et 62). Elle se trouve à côté de la place Dailly d’où elle tire son nom, une magnifique place avec une ancienne caserne.
Dans la maison, vous trouverez un billiard, un espace de coworking, une mini salle de sport et une petite cour aménagée. Cette fois-ci, nous avons essayé de transformer la cour en y ajoutant des jardinières. Nous espérons pouvoir ainsi rendre la cour verte et accueillante et peut-être y faire pousser quelques légumes ? La cuisine est évidemment équipée de notre armoire de cuisine signature, dans laquelle vous trouverez chacun un frigo, de la vaisselle et des couverts. Les 10 chambres disposent d’une toilette privative et d’une salle de bain, certaines sont dans la chambre, d’autres à l’extérieur sur le palier. Il y a une taxe de séjour 2.64€/jour.
